Hotel Gigi reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Photo identification and payment are required before check in.

No smoking allowed on the premises, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged if a guest violates this rule, and if any fire alarm is triggered then the city penalty of $1,000 will be charged to the guest responsible.

No dogs allowed.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, or have written authorization from a parent/guardian.

Housekeeping must be requested if staying longer than one night.

Hotel Gigi is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Check in begins at 4:00pm PST and check out is by 11:00am PST.

We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to the hotels property or structure. If damage is discovered during the stay it will be brought to the attention of the guest but if discovered after the guest(s) have departed then we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the costs of the damages. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that guests would incur to a minimum.

If check out is not done by 11am guest(s) will be automatically charged for an additional day.

We require 24 hour notice for cancellation of a reservation. No notice 24 hours prior to check in will result in a charge for that reservation.
